The Fifth
Experiential Tarot Workshops.
You are invited to attend an experiential workshop based on "The Fifth" an evolutionary new tarot deck created by Hot Springs residents, Teressena & Martien Bakens. Tarot decks traditionally have four suits to represent the elements of earth, water, air, fire. "The Fifth" incorporates an additional suit to represent ether. Without ether, there is no life. "The Fifth" brings back a more complete version of tarot that had been lost through the ages. It combines the ancient esoteric teachings of tarot with the new energies of the changing times in which we live. The fifth suit, ether, is symbolized by the lotus and deals with the gifts that are emerging in the consciousness of humanity today. It deals with such things as telepathy, clairvoyance, spontaneous healing, bi-location, to name a few.
This workshop offers the opportunity to participate in an experiencial discovery of tarot through meditation, creative exercise, sound, movement, and working with oil blends that help activate specific energies. The workshop will specifically work with the Major Arcana cards and the fifth suit of Lotus.
